Direction: From Bori (Ogoni) drive on the East/West Road to Eleme and after the Refinery Junction, locate UTI on the right-hand side, some few electric poles away.   

If coming from Port Harcourt, drive past the Indorama Eleme Petrochemicals Company on the East/West Road as going to Bori (Ogoni) and after the Aleto bridge drive before the Refinery Junction, locate UTI by left-hand side of the road.
